Delete your account
You can permanently delete your LumiKidz account and all associated data — including child profiles, photos, and subscription history — at any time.
Open Settings
Launch LumiKidz, sign in, and tap the Settings button at the top right of the Children screen.
Tap Delete Account
Scroll down to Account Actions and tap Delete Account. Confirm the action when prompted.
Or Email Us
Prefer email? Send us a deletion request and we'll process it within 7 business days.
In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the LumiKidz app and sign in.
- From the Children screen, tap Settings (top right).
- Scroll down to Account Actions.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm to permanently delete all your data.
Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your LumiKidz account
- Optional: the reason for deletion (helps us improve)
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email once your account has been removed.
What gets deleted
The following data is permanently removed:
- Your parent account and login credentials
- All child profiles (names, photos, and preferences)
- Subscription history and saved billing details
- App preferences and settings
Note: Some anonymised records (such as aggregated payment receipts) may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes as required by law.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Cancel any active subscriptions before deletion to avoid future charges.
