LumiKidz is an educational app designed to help children learn through fun and interactive activities.
LumiKidz is crafted for children aged 2 to 6. Parents can choose suitable content based on age, and difficulty scales gradually across 20 levels per world.
Yes — an account is required to save progress and access features.
No. LumiKidz is completely ad-free. There are no third-party ads, no in-app purchases shown to children, and no social or communication features. It's built to provide a safe, child-friendly learning environment.
Yes — the Free plan lets you try one child profile with the first 5 levels of each world and one hour of play per day, forever. Upgrade only when you're ready.
On the Free plan, children get one hour of play per 24-hour window. The timer resets automatically. Premium plans have no time limits.
Premium features help support development and improve learning content.
You can cancel anytime through Google Play subscription settings or by using Manage Plan in the app. Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Please try restoring your purchase or restarting the app. If the issue continues, contact support with your payment details.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. LumiKidz may request additional information to review refund requests fairly.

No. Subscriptions are linked to your Google account, not your device.
The app needs internet for sign-in and subscription checks, but most gameplay works offline once you're signed in. We recommend staying connected for updates and important notifications.

From inside the app go to Settings → Delete Account, or email us at mylumikidz@gmail.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes all child profiles, photos, and data.
