Please read these terms carefully before using LumiKidz.

By downloading, accessing, or using LumiKidz (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

LumiKidz is intended for use by parents or guardians on behalf of children aged 2 to 6. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel anytime from within the App. Refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Share account credentials or transfer accounts to others.
  • Upload offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material as a profile photo.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, artwork, audio, code, and trademarks within LumiKidz are the property of LumiKidz or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumiKidz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
